mga sir/mam advice naman po..

5yrs. na po ako work tapos bigla po naka receive ng letter sa may-ari na sinasabi na mag close na operation namin. ang bibigyan na lang kami ng 2months basic salary para sa separation pay.

Tama po ba ito? or makatwiran po ba ito? d po ba dapat 5months na basic salary ang matatangap ko?

you should be given 30 days notice, then paid 1 month salary for every year of service. but if the company is in financial distress the amount can be 1/2 month for every year of service.

you should inquire with your employer
