do you mean a police clearance? what is the status of your case? is it in court or just with the prosecutor?

naiakyat na po sa court eh, tpos na po kmi sa prosecutor...waiting na lng po sa hearing...i need valid i.d. kc, hirap laging walang valid i.d. sa wallet not because i want to drive again but just to have valid i.d....

you have to file an affidavit of undertaking so you can release your license.
most others just apply for a new one at the LTO
