I'm a USA citizen married to a Filipino. We moved here and I got a Balikbayan Visa for one year. I have read somewhere that I can renew it for another year. Does anyone know if this is true? Thanks

if you moved here, wouldn't it be better to apply for a 13a visa? resident visa for a foreigner with filipino spouse.
