May anak po akong lalaki..nagtanan po sila ng girlfriend niya..pwede po bang makasuhan ung anak ko ng family nung girl? They are just 15 years old.Thank you po!

the case for that is abduction with consent but rape is sometimes alleged, but you should focus on finding them and making sure they are safe.

Art. 343. Consented abduction. — The abduction of a virgin over twelve years and under eighteen years of age, carried out with her consent and with lewd designs, shall be punished by the penalty of prision correccional in its minimum and medium periods.

i doubt that any charge will prosper. are you aware where they are?
