Gud am.po! Ask ko lang po kung anong pwede naming gawin tungkol hu sa na inherit na bahay mula sa magulang po.. yung nakalagay po sa titulo pangalan ko and pangalan ng magulang ko po.. namatay na po cla. At ngaun po ibeninta ng mga kapatid ko yung lupa kasama yung bahay na iba ang ngpirma sa pangalan sa pangalan ko... anong pwede pong gawin para hindi na maibenta pa sa iba o para ma check yung legality ng papel.
