Greetings!
I am a banker and we have a client who is very hard to handle and rude. she was been so rude and always threaten us or who ever handle her transaction. our bank is open up to 5:30pm but this client always called us up to tell us to wait for her deposit and most of the time closed na ang bank. we've been so accommodating to her ever since but sometime dumadating sya or minsan ang tauhan nya na close na ang transactions ng bank so pagnangyari po yan nagagalit at tumatawag sa phone at palaging naninigaw at nagtatalak sa kung sino man makasagot ng phone call nya and she even call our customer service para magreklamo kahit alam nya na sila ang may mali at binabaliktad ang kwento. this afternoon she called around 5:10pm para mag advice to wait for her deposit, I replied her that ok maam but we can only accommodate it kung dadating ng 5:30pm or before. she answered in high tone that how come eh ang branch head nyo sabi pwede kahit sarado na but since wala ang branch head namin i told her na wala po sya so di ko po magagawa yun maam. ang reason ko po naman kasi is pagnalaman ng area head namin na nag aaccomodate pa kami ng client beyond the banking hours eh ako po ang mananagot since i was the assistant manager. often times po kasi pagpumupunta ang area head namin pati ang cctv footage nerereview nya. dahil po dun bigla na lang po syang nagtaas uli ng boses at kung ano ano na po ang sinabi sakin, ang sabi nya po how dare you not to accommodate me eh kami naman ang nagpapasweldo sainyo - sa loan ko nanggagaling ang pasweldo nyo. hindi ko sya sinagot kahit sobrang sakit na marinig yun so sinabi ko na lang na maam pasensya na kasi sumusunod lang po ako sa policy ng bank. bigla na nman nya akong tinaasan ng boses na ikaw akala mo kung sino ka may kalalagyan ka, wag mo akong tinatarayan makikita mo may kalalagyan ka, kami ang nagpapasweldo sainyo at wag mo akong sisigawan. so sinagot ko sya na pasenysa ka na maam pero di po kita tinatarayan sinusunod ko lang ang po ang tama at lalong di po kita sinisigawan kasi kayo po ang sumisigaw pinapaliwanag ko lang po sainyo ang side ko. di pa rin po sya tumigil paulit ulit na sinasabi humanda ka may kalalagyan ka akala mo kung sino ka babalikan kita...palagi nya po yan ginagawa kahit sino samin sa branch namin pero kahit magsumbong bale wala kasi takot ang branch head namin sa eskandalo kaya lagi nya na lang ina.accomodate ito kahit sarado na ang bank tuloy namihasa at naging salbahe sa mga empleyado ng bangko. gusto ko po sana ihingi ng advice kung ano po ba ang dapat kung gawin. ako po sana gusto ko po sanang gumawa ng legal action against this person para matigil na kasi mas naaawa ako para sa mga tellers namin na kung iharass verbally ganun ganun na lang akala mo tauhan nya kausap nya at pakain nya. aside po ba sa HR namin kanino ko pa pwede ilapit ang usapin pong ito. sana po mabigyan mo po ako ng tamang process to handle this bad person kung may case po sana na pasok sa action nya mas maganda para malaman nya na hindi lahat ng oras eh maaapply ang customer/client is always right. thank you po. hoping for your quick response para makagawa po agad ako ng action tomorrow..salamat po uli
