Arresto Menor

My employer told me that I would not be regularized 4 days before my contract ends and I would be 6 months in the company. Is this legal? My coworker told me that it should be a 30 day notice to give me time to look for a new job.

4 days po sir before ako i regular. Wala naman po sa contract ko na mag extend sila sa probation. Its either ma regular or hindi.

If nag expire ang contract mo before becoming a regular employee, wala kang habol. Technically they dont even need to inform you, just have the contract lapse

hindi kelangan na nakasulat sa contract na mag extend.  it is an accomadation to you offered by the employer if they are interested in your services but feels na hindi ka pa "hinog" to be a regular employee.  If you agree to extend the probationary period rather than be terminated you need to sign a waiver agreeing to the extension.  But if hindi ni offer sayo yan wala kang magagawa.

The one month notice is para lang sa mga regular na employee to be terminated because of redundancy
