Good day to everyone. I am glad that I found this forum as I am desperately in need of legal advice..
I have a 9 year old son who lives with his mother and we're not married. I am going to Canada and I want to declare my illegitimate son because I want to give him a good future. But his mother refuse to cooperate and comply with the immigration rules for our son to be admissible in Canada. Now I have to provide a document that states that the mother has the full custody.
My question is:
Can I make an affidavit and notarize it that states that the mother has the full custody of the child? Since she doesn't want to see me, would it be possible if I do this without her knowing? Or does she have to sign the document?
