on the very last day of my 30days after ako nag file ng resignation,
nag punta sa bahay ko yung supervisor namin para mapa receive yung termination notice.
wala naman ako sa bahay nung araw na yun. nag refuse rin naman yung misis ko na e receive.

tanong ko lang, which will prevail? am i resigned or terminated?

ano-ano po ba ang pwede kung ma habol sa company (compensation)?
tks n advance po?

when you said 30 days, does this means pumapasok ka ng 30 days after filing your resignation?
bakit kailangan mag serve ng termination notice on your last day?

anyway, ang mananaig is what is on company record kasi pag nag background investigation ang mga future company mo yun ang sasabihin ng mga babasa ng record.

yes, of the 30days meron akong 1week na hindi na ako pumasok kasi inubos ko na ang mga
balance ko na leave.. and yun nga sa pinaka huli ko sana na araw nag punta siya sa bahay
namin para mag serve nung notice of termination.
yes, parang lalabas na huli na yung investigation nila. resigned na ako diba?

unless na approved yung leave mo, they can document you as "awol" and can initiate the termination process.

if they finished the said process, they can terminate you and tagged you as such
