Please I need advise....nag avail ako ng condo sa SMDC nakapag bayad ako ng reservation 25K and 18K installment for downpayment. Nsa abroad po ako kya ung papers for signatures pinadala dito sa akin. I signed the papers consularized na din po but suddenly I chnaged my mind inde ko kakayanin bayaran. Pinababalik nila ung papers and ung form for cancellation which is nka saad dun na pumapayag ako na habang inde pa approve ung cancellation itutuloy ko pagbabayad ng downpayment...reasonable po ba ito? Dapat ko po ba ibalik ung mga papers?
