Hello! Ask lang ako ng help on what to do.

Just today, kinausap ako ng Operation Manager ko regarding sa evaluation sakin during my 1month stay, ok naman ang trabaho medyo mahirap nga lang pero willing ako to learn. Sa evaluation ko sinabi nya sa akin na very dissapointed daw siya sa result ng performance ko.
Nung nagstart kasi ako sa work ko saktong effectivity na ng resignation of our Marketing head director na supposed to be siya ang mag train at mag handle sakin.
kaya ang nag-handle sakin is yung kaparehas ko lang din ng position habang naghahanap pa ng kapalit nung marketing head namin. yung nag handle ng training sakin is mahigit 1 year sa company as a Sales Manager din. Yung taong yun is lagi akong ginagawan ng mali at binibigyan ng instructions na mali, hindi ko alam kong anong problema niya, pero pagdating sa sales magaling talaga siya kasi siya lang naman ang natirang Sales Manager kaya masyado siyang iniingatan ng company.
Sa kanya ko pinapa approve lahat, kong ano bang dapat gawin at dapat itanong, sa loob ng mahigit 2 weeks ko, I just found out na pinaplastik niya ako, kong anong kina positive ng mga sinasabi nya sakin for the result of my evaluation, ganun din ang kina pangit ng evaluation na pinasa niya sa management. That girl was doing something's fishy na parang ayaw niyang may lumamang sa knya kasi pag may tinatanong ako regarding sa work ayaw nya sagutin. she didn't even know how to train and evaluate employee kasi she has no experience at all with that. Ang pinagtataka ko lang bakit doon nagdepende c Operation Manager sa mga sinasabi niya about my performance.

Anyway, yun na nga. Kinausap ako ng Operation Manager namin at sinabing terminate na daw ako. Actually binigyan nya ko ng option, terminate nila ako or render ng resignation. Consider na 1 month and 8 days palang ako sa company under probationary period. pwede ba akong terminate or dapat ko bang sundin ang sinasabi nya na mag render ako ng resignation effectivity that day. Hindi ko muna ginawa at sinabi ko na babalik nalang ako para mapag isipan ko muna at ma absorb yung nangyari.

Ang tanong ko ano bang pwede kong gawin? kasi nagsabi siya sakin sa araw mismo ng cutt-off. makukuha ko ba ang sahod ko? may separation pay ba ko? tama ba na tanggalin ka after just 1 month evaluation? wala akong nilabag o nasabi na hindi maganda during my stay. ano bang dapat kong gawin?

no separation pay, during probationary period employer can terminate your aervices at anytime after thyou fail your evaluation according to company standards

Managers are not rank and file, they are paid for the result and not the time they rendered at work.

If you failed to provide "sales" result for the first month of evaluation, they can deem your performance as unsatisfactory, thus they can terminate your employment if you don't meet the expected standards of performance.

Anyway, if what you are saying is true, Would you still want to stay in that company with that kind of co-worker?

Salamat sa mga sumagot.
within 3mos naman kasi yung sa sale na dapat makabenta ka ng isa.
So anong magandang gawin, terminate nalang nila ko o magrender akong resignation? kasi iniisip ko yung cash bond, pero ang sabi naman nila iwi-wave naman daw pag nag resign aq. ang iniisip ko yung sahod ko. makukuha q pa ba yun? I don't trust them na kasi. punong-puno ng kasinungalingan yung office na yun mahirap makipag sabayan sa kanila. 😁😁

Ayaw ko na rin pagpatuloy after what happened, imposibleng makapag trabaho pa ko ng maayos, kahit anong galing mo kong nag evaluate sayo tinatraydor ka pala.

It is not good to have a record of "termination of employment / probationary period". Most companies do background investigation and would put it a point against you when making their decision. but at the end of the day, it is still your decision because its your future that will be affected.

regarding your salary, yes you should get it.

Thank you for your answer.

I also have another question, if ever I will render a resignation letter as they instructed me to do it rather than to be terminated.

1. Is it ok not to think about the cashbond? bacause my operation manager verbally said that he will waive it, for me to not worry.
2. Also Can I render resignation letter and decide when its effectivity. like a week after?
3. If its involuntary resignation, can you give me idea what to put on my resignation letter? just to be safe na hindi nila ako babalikan.
4. Can I apply to their competitor?

The fact that it's not me who wants to leave the company. It's their decision.
