Good afternoon po,

May nakuha po kaming property sa Accquired Assets ng Pag-ibig, pero ayaw pong umalis non dating may ari kahit napadalhan na sila ng Notice to vacate ng pag-ibig, at kumuha po sila ng lawyer na sumagot sa letter to vacate at sinasabing hindi daw sila aalis sa nasabing property,

Ang tanong ko lang po may karapatan po ba talaga sila na ipaglaban ang property kahit na foreclose na ito ng Pag-ibig at na award na sa amin, at worth po ba na ilaban namin ito
nakuaha po namin ito thru Pag-ibig housing loan.
