Arresto Menor

My sister gave her boyfriend 224,092.31 pesos because he said that his grandmother is going to build a park. Ngayon humihingi na kami ng agreement papers pero hindi niya maibigay sa amin tapos sabi niya ibibigay na lang daw niya ang pera. Mga 2 weeks na hindi parin niya naibibigay samin and sabi niya susubukan daw niya kunin ulit ang agreement papers pero wala parin. Naka save sa facebook ng sister ko ang communication nila for evidence at saka may record din sa remitly. Ano po ba dapat gawin para sure na manalo kami?
