Tanong ko lang po, pwde po ba ako magdemand na kalahati ng sahod niya mpunta saamin ng anak ko? Kc simulat sapul ako any pumupuno ng pgkukuklang na asawa ko.

Yes, you can demand for a higher amount, but that depends on the amount of your husband's salary. It must not be so high an amount that your husband will be left with a meager amount for himself.

You should go to the PAO and seek their counsel regarding your matter. Secure first a Certificate of Indigency from your barangay if you have financial problems.

What if po mgrefuse yung asawa ko sa hiningi ko pong amount? Like 1/4 ng sahod niya?

May exchange of text messages kasi sila before po at nasabi ng mr ko na binayaran naman sya nung 1st sexual activity nila, na alam. Naman nung girl na. May asawa na sya pero nagpagalaw pa din sya.
