B processed the land rights to have a title and named it under her, B and her sibling, A.
B died as well as her husband. But they have 3 children.
1) A wants B’s children to vacant the lot. Is this legal?
2) What is the percentage of sharing of A and B’s children on the lot if
2.1) If A & B are both legitimate children of Z
2.2) If A is illigitimate child of Z and B is legitimate child of A
3) If A want to sell the part of his land but B’s children dont want to sell part of their land, Is A have the legal decision on what to do to the lot considering the lot is still title under him, A and B, who is dead for 1 year.
4) How can we determine on how to divide the land if A want to sell and B’s children dont want to sell part of their land? Both A and B’s children cant agree on how the lot will be divided since the lot is already enclosed with other establishment. Only one side of lot has access to the road and A want his lot shares to cover all the side which has acces to the road, leaving B’s children with no access to the road other than crossing A lot shares.
Sorry for the long questions. Hope you can answer those. Really need help. So sad that family and relatives relationship are affected by this.
