i've got problem from my birth certificate po kase.. my middle name has a error.. iniisip ko lang po kung magkakano magagastos ko sa pagpapaayos ng certificate ko.. tsaka dagdag na din po, puwede po bang relative sa witness if ever na secret yung civil wedding?

puwede po bang gamitin yung birth certificate ng mga kapatid at parents para mapaayos po yung error sa birth certificate concerning sa middle name ko po? kung puwede po magkano po ang magagastos?

mali po kasi yung nalagay nila.. dapat po marmol siya kaso naging marnol.. puwede po bang gamitin yung birth certificate ng mga kapatid at nanay ko para mapaayos yun?

that kind of error can be subject of a petition under ra 9048 for being a typo error. ask the local civil registrar what documents they will require.

salamat po atty.. eh atty tanong lang po.. pag nakasal kame legal bang magagamit yung papers ng marriage contract namen? tsaka pag nawala po yung marriage contract namen ano po bang puwedeng mangyare?
