Arresto Menor

Good day po.

Need ko po ng professional advice from anyone who knows the Pag Ibig policies.
Eto po ang situation, may inacquire po kami na house through pag ibig so second owner na po yung kapatid ko. Kami po ang nagbabayad ng monthly fee and kami rin nagpagawa ng bahay. Bale wala po ginastos yung kapatid ko kahit singko. Nakapangalan lang po sa kanya kasi sya yung may pag ibig and aware po sya dun.
Ngayon po nagkaroon ng family drama. Gusto ng kunin ng kapatid ko yung bahay at palayasin kaming lahat including parents nya sa bahay. Ibebenta daw nya sa iba yung bahay. Tinatakot nya kami mawalan ng bahay.
Ngayon po eto yung tanong ko.
1. Pwede pa rn po ba ipa assume sa ibang tao yung house kung pang 2nd kna na owner?
2. If ever po na pwede, may magagawa po ba kami kung may magpunta dito at sinabing binili na nya yung bahay sa kapatid ko at 3rd owner na sya.
3. Mabebenta po ba ng kpatid ko yung bahay kng wala naman sa kanya yung documents? Na sa amin po lahat ng documents.
4. Kung ipapabenta nya d po ba kami dapat ang priority ni pag ibig since kami ang naktira?

Eto po plano namin, d na namin bayaran yung monthly sa pag ibig and mag wait kami na maforeclose yung bahay para po maapplyan namin given na hndi pa nya nabebenta.

Kung mayroon kayong proof sa mga nagastos nyo, pwede nyo ito singilin sa kapatid mo na bayaran kayo. unfortunately, unless may agreement kayo verbal man or written ay yung kapatid mo ang may claim sa bahay.

what you can do is mag matigas at sabihin sa kanya na magsampa ng kaso for eviction against sa inyo para mapalayas kayo at dun nyo ilaban yun claim nyo sa property. with regards to having the property foreclosed, I would advise check nyo sa pagibig what would be the best course of action since wala ito kasiguruhan na magiging priority buyer kayo if ever.
