Sometime in early 2000, i issued checks in payment for my credit card and since it is a very long time ago i honestly dont remember the details of it.
Come 2018, i got hired by a company. I need clearance for all cancelled cards, as a requirement for my pre employment.
I went to the card issuing bank to ask for clearance. The person in charge told me that i have a court case filed in Makati for BP22 for my credit card. But as a matter of fact, few days before i went to the bank, i got an NBI clearance, also as a requirement for pre employment. The bank told me that they will get in touch with me.
Few days has passed and the bank has not gotten in touch with me.
What do i do next? I am worried about the court case that the bank told me.
