The arresting officer can be found on the details of the case itself. Your defense attorney should have a copy of said case.

Non-appearance of an arresting officer does not automatically amount to dismissal of your case, especially if there are acceptable grounds for his non-appearance (hospitalization, work-related, etc.). The courts may then request for the other officers present during the arrest of your partner to testify on his behalf since they are also part of the arresting team.

Talk to your defense attorney and ask all your questions to him, since he is more than qualified to answer your queries.

There are many grounds in which a case will be dismissed by a judge, and such are too many to mention in this thread.

The judge is the one who will declare if the case is dismissed once your case is in the resolution phase, and he will also cite the grounds of your case's dismissal.

Were you not assigned a PAO lawyer for your case, in case you did not have a private defense attorney as counsel? You should ask your current attorney as to the updates regarding your case.
