Arresto Menor

Good day..
Hiniram po ng motorcycle ko at ginamit para bumili ng drugs without my knowledge at nahuli ng police with possesion of drugs na gamit po ang motorcycle ko. Meron po ba akong liabilities sa nasabing crime. Paano ko po mababawi ang motorcycle ko na naka impound pa sa police station.

Wala pa po sa prosecutor sir. Sabi ng police kelangan ko po mag gawa ng affidavit para makuha ko. Wala ho ba akong liabilities dito sa kaso. Ano pong affidavit ang gagawin ko...
