I have bought a Lot in a subdivision in Dasmarinas, Cavite, and already finish it paying June 2009
The Deed of Sale were already finish for signing at that time but not yet Notarized,
1. Does the Deed of Sale already in effect?
2. When will i start paying for the Realty tax of the said Lot?
3. Since i have no idea how to process the transfer of title to my name, they have offered a service of which i'm going to pay to them 35T php, is this amount reasonable?
4. How many months is the processing period if i'm going to process it on my own?
