Itatanong ko lang po kung pwedeng kasuhan ka ng employer kung taga ibang bansa po siya. Online job po ito at walang kontrata. Ang means of communication po ay chat lang. Multiple invoices po yung nagsesend and nagbabayad po sila. Ngayon, fraud daw po yun. Kasi once a month lang dapat. Ano pong mangyayari?

Nagsesend po ako ng multiple invoices thinking na it was okay kasi binabayaran nila and wala naman akong narerecieve na kahit ano until now lang. Tinatakot po ako na magsasampa ng fraud and conning. Possible ba yun? Di ba mas magastos and international law suit? And kung oo, anong pwede kong gawin?

Kahit taga-ibang bansa ang employer mo, pwede parin naman sya magkaso. Pero kung criminal case ang isasampa, dapat dito sa Pilipinas i-file. Your employer can do it, and for you to say na wala kayong kontrata, madali lang para sa kanya mag-gather ng evidence sa mga online transactions ninyo na talagang may mga transactions kayo.
