Magtatanong lang po with regards to the support of my husband to his children. He has 4 kids the eldeat is 18 follwes by a 17 year old the two are 12 and 10. Yung dalawang malaki nakatira sa samin and yung dalawang maliit na sa nanay nila. Ang binibigay na sustento n lng ng husband ko dun sa dalawa ay 2k. But their mother insist on bigger amount. Dapat pa po ba namin dagdagan? Medyo malaki na din Kasi gastos nung dalawang malaki. Please help we’re really troubled right now and she keeps on threatening us. Thanks in advance.

yes since walang mararating ang 2k. unless mapapatunayan ng asawa mo na yung amount na yun lang talaga ang kaya nyang ibigay sa abot ng makakaya nya.

also, pwede nya din hingan ng sustento para sa naka poder sa inyong mga anak nila yung nanay since both parents dapat ang magsustento at hindi tatay lang.

Gusto ko lang po iconfirm if seafarer ilang percent ng sahod ang dapat na allotment..kasi umaabot ng 80k sahod nya..5k lang allotment nya sa amin 2 anak namin eldest 11 and youngest 5. Then pumunta ako office nila to demand higher allotment kasi kulang ginawa daw 20k. Tama po ba yun?
