I have emailed several agencies within the Philippines and can't get an answer to my question. I have a public intoxication charge from 1987 (essentially drunk in public-fine) and a driving while intoxicated in 2014, no jail time other than the initial night in jail when arrested and paid my fine, no probation, just a fine.
I am 50 and plan on applying for the SRRV and I am an honorably discharged member of the military. I heard they have a courtesy SRRV for this.
Would either of those arrests prevent me from obtaining the SRRV visa in 3 years?
