Need advice po kung ano po ang dapat kong gawin tungkol po ito sa visa. ang biological father ko po kasi japanese tapos po inadopt kami ng japanese citizen yun po yung dala namin apelyido ng kapatid ko. hirap po kasi kami mag apply ng kung anong klaseng visa po ang i aapply namin at kung paano ang tamang gawin. Nais po sana namin magkapatid sumunod sa magulang namin para makatulong sa kanila duon. were your births acknowledged by the japanese father? did he sign your Philippine birth certificates?

what do you mean you were adopted, is this officially and legally or just supported you without going through court process?

gud pm again po. Yes we are being acknowledge by our biological father sa birthcertificate/live birth namin mgkaptid.and yes were legally adopted po nung stepfather namin.yun na po ang gamit nmin apelyido ngayon. Ano po ang tamang gawin regarding sa case namin.
