Good day mga lawyerssss..

is there a liability for selling pathogens to student for their research purposes ... or papasok ba ito sa TERRORISM act ng philippines

intern lng kasi ako sa isang hospital , and some students are trying to by a bacteria .. which is pathogenic for their research purposes... i am thinking if ever pwede ba ako mag sell or it would be a crimes .

don't do it unless you have clearance from the hospital. the sale should be between the students and the hospital
