Hi I'm new in this kind of situation so i really need your opinion.
My friend have a business and he wanted me to assume his business for him to focus on his other business, and this business that i will assume have an expired permit. Now i wanted to renew, the problem is we cannot process the permit until we have occupancy permit but the lessor cannot find it.
Am i allowed to apply for a new occupancy permit?
