Good day..

Is it legally possible that I ask my Employer to pay my SSS Contribution Amount BELOW the Actual Amount to be paid?

I am willing to sign a waiver to do this.

Company will approve - probably not (even with waiver, it could lead to a huge problem in the future)

btw, why would you want your contribution be lessened?

That's illegal. And besides, your employer will not approve your request because it will bite him back. Take note that non-payment and/or non-remittance of the correct amount of SSS contributions is punishable by imprisonment, which your employer would definitely not want to experience.
