Hello!

I would like to ask the consequences of signing the Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father if the person who signed and issued the affidavit is NOT the biological father of the child. What are the implications to the one who signed and to child? I am aware that this is considered as falsification of documents but is this okay? I mean I know that this is dishonesty but if no one complains then would there be consequences? What are your stand about this?

Thank you!

Obviously it's not okay. If no one complains nothing happens.
