hello po ..tanong ko lang, bale 7months na akong hindi komokontak sa husband ko kasi napuno na ako sa ka taksilan nya ..pero palagi sya nag memessage sa akin ini ignore ko lang kasi pagod na ako .pero habang pala nag memessage sya sa akin ay eh sila pa pala ng kabit nya! may anak sila ng kabit nya, tanong ko lang pwede ba maging evidence yong bata pag nagsampa ako ng kaso-concubinage? 9 months narin syang hindi nagbibigay ng sustento sa anak namin.. wala na akong balak balikan sya .ang akin lang sana ay sustento sa anak namin ..ano pwede ko gawin?? huhu tulongan niyo po ako ..salamat

I don't think magfafall ito sa concubinage kung yung bata lang ang basis. adultery siguro. regarding sustento, this is a different case. consult a lawyer personally para madiscuss nyo kung ano ang mas magandang gawin base sa buong storya mo.
