I am loan officer of a microfinance institution, is it possible to file a case to our clients? the client was intentionally leaved her place and move to another.  Her loans to us summed up to about 22000.  if not possible, what law do we violate? please advice me attorney for i dont know of what im going to do.. Thanks for the reply.
