I am a single mother for 3yrs when I met the man who accepted everything about me. Tanggap nya anak ko. kasalukuyang gina gamit ng anak ko ang apilyido ko sa pagka dalaga. ngayon kinikilala na nya na ama ang husband ko simula noong 1yr old pa lang sya. ang biological father ng anak ko ay wlang binigay kahit anong suporta sa kanya. ngayon na kinasal na ako gusto ko sanang gamitin ng anak ko na surname ang apilyido ng husband ko. ano po ba ang proseso pra maisakatuparan ko ito. malapit na mag grade one ang anak ko kaya worried ako.

Hindi. ni wala sya sa birth certificate as father ng anak ko. adopt po? anong proseso madali po ba? kasi gusto ko sa pasukan (JUNE 2018) surname ng husband ko na ang dala nyang apilyido.

It's not that easy. Your husband should adopt your biological child if he wants his name in the birth certificate. It could take up to 18 months minimum.
