-Present ka THE DAY BEFORE THE HOLIDAY AT TSAKA AFTER PARA WITH PAY KA SA HOLIDAY?

-Presnt ka Either sa before or after kahit saan sa dalawa?

-oR DAPAT PRESENT KA THE DAY BEFORE THE HOLIDAY TO ENJOY HOLIDAY PAY?

Present ka or on leave with pay BEFORE the holiday.

Holiday, if unworked, the employee is entitled to 100% of his daily rate, provided he or she was present or was on leave with pay on the workday immediately preceding the holiday.

bali yung sa AFTER? kasi galit yung kasamahan ko kasi daw present cya after the HOLIDAY, eh yung alam ko dapat BEFORE.

Wala mismo sa LC, pero nasa Implementing Rules nya.

SECTION 6. Absences. — (a) All covered employees shall be entitled to the benefit provided herein when they are on leave of absence with pay. Employees who are on leave of absence without pay on the day immediately preceding a regular holiday may not be paid the required holiday pay if he has not worked on such regular holiday.

di kasali ang day off. dapat 1 working day before the holiday. i.e. holiday is monday, day off mo sunday, dapat present ka sa saturday kung may saturday work kayo or sa friday kung walang saturday work.
