1. regular employee.
2. retrenchment already happened to some of the regular employees (as the management say, due to redundancy).
3. the company is already rehiring (after the layoff of the regular employees and it has not been a year after the first layoff).
4. there are still regular employees on overhead and are forced to go on leave. the consent given by the employees seems that they just don't have any choice but to go on leave.
