Hi! Our current employer is stalling or refusing to issue Job Contracts since they are transitioning from sole proprietorship to corporation? They said that the contracts are of no value due to the transition. Is this true? Does this really apply? Are employees affected if a business is transitioning from single proprietorship to a corporation.
