Arresto Menor

I have a son with my ex-boyfriend. We're not together anymore and he's living abroad. I'm receiving financial support from him but It's not enough. I'm unemployed and full time mom. I keep on telling him that It's really not enough but he doesn't care. What do I need to do? Is there anything that I can do?

The child being illegitimate you have sole custody and parental authority over your child.

You are also equally obligated to support your own child. Unless your ex has properties in the Philippines you could garnish to support your illegitimate child even if you receive a favorable judgment it would be pointless.

I know Im also responsible to support my son but I couldnt work because I don't have someone to watch for my son. Always a nanny problems even a relatives.Sad
