Good day! Back then there was a potential buyer for a land property that we own and our lawyer has all the original land titles. Now that we are demanding for him to give them all back he refuses to. What would you advice for us to do in order to compel him to return them all? Thank you.

Reclusion Temporal

secure another lawyer to demand from the return of your titles. You yourself can also demand it from him. You can also file a complaint before the IBP/supreme court for unethical conduct of the said lawyer. But first execute an affidavit and have it annotated int he said titles to forewarn would-be interested buyers about the condition of the properties, as they may be sold to innocent buyers using forged documents.
