CHILD SUPPORT RA 9262 Section 5 (i)

Good day Atty need legal advice po. naghiwalay kami ni ex husband pero iniwan na niya sa amin yung bahay na naka pangalan sa kanya. Dito kami nakatira hanggang ngayon, pero after niya umalis sa bahay hindi na niya hinuhulugan to sa pag ibig so lumaki ang utang niya sa pag ibig, ma fforfeit na. Question considered na support ang dwelling right? What if di na niya binabayaran ito, counted or considered pa rin ba ito as support? 😒😒😓

yes counted ang dwelling as a form of support. kung mafoforfeit yun bahay at di na kayo mabibigyan ng bagong tirahan or other forms of support eh pwede mo syang ireklamo.

I'm asking for some guidance/advice. I have a male Filipino friend here in Angeles City with 4 children with an American woman who lives in America, he's married to her in the Philippines tand she has abandoned him and their children and has gone back and married another man in the USA. She is not a Philippines citizen just USA . It's a lot different because it's usually the other way around . She's never registered her kids as USA citizens and they should be. He gets no support from her and it just might be biligamy that she has gotten remarried without getting a divorce in the USA and now has more children there. They were married in the Philippines. Does anyone have suggestions or advice? Are there any pro bono Lawyers who might be interested. It seems he could get some social security at least for his kids or something. Thanks all. good afternoon, need lang po ng advice seaman po ako my isang anak po aq sa dati kong partner di kami kasal 5k po ang suporta ko sa bata kada buwan pero gusto po nila mas malaki dapat daw po 10k a month 9yrs old lang po ang anak ko, nag aaral elementary kapag di ko raw dinagdagan irereklamo daw aq sa poea para di na daw ako makasakay at bka daw 20k pa ang asking support para sa bata.. tama po ba un? salamat po ng marami sa kung sino man ang sasagot

Depende kasi yan sa kapasidad mong magbigay at sa pangangailangan ng bata. Malamang habang lumalaki ang bata, lumalaki din ang gastusin, ang tanong eh lumaki ba ang sweldo mo at kaya mo bang magbigay?
