PWEDE PO BANG MAGING FIX YUNG CONTRACT NG MGA EMPLOYEE?

1 YEAR CONTRACT, THEN BEFORE THE CONTRACT WILL END, THE EMPLOYEE WILL BE EVALUATED IF THEY ARE QUALIFIED FOR REGULARIZATION?

HINDI BA MAGKAKAROON NG PROBLEMA ANG KOMPANYA SA GANITONG SET-UP NG MGA EMPLOYEE?

Depending on the job, some of it are valid but not all. Depending on the scenario.

But still the 6 months is the usual practice.

What kind of job nman po. kasi sa company namin after 1 year pa dw bago maregular, same din sa mga benefits like sss,phic,pagibig after 1 year din bago kami hulugan.
