Incorrect spelling of last name and civil status in Land Title

Hello,

I'm a newbie here and I'm in dire need of a legal advice. My parents bought a land back in 1996. In the land title, the spelling of their last names were incorrect by one letter. And they were listed as married even if they weren't married back then.

They want to transfer the title to my name but we don't know how to do that. Please help...
