Hi po!! May lupa po kami sa Isabela na binebenta, pero may kaunting part na hindi pa na transfer sa pangalan namin yung area na yun. So yun po yung kailangan muna namin maaccomplish. The problem po is namatay na po yung nakapangalan sa lupa. Anu po ang steps na kailangan namin i-take para mai-transfer po yung ownership.

And additional question po, ndi po nababayaran yung tax for almost 10 years na. May problema po ba na haharapin dahil dun, or ok lng na basta mabayaran any time?
