MYRNA

Arresto Menor

DEAR SIR,

SUBJECT: WARRANT ARREST

MY NAME IS MYRNA GILSING FROM NEGROS ORIENTAL.

MY QUESTION IS:

MY EX BROTHER IN LAW IS ACCUSED OF DOUBBLE PRUSTRATED MURDER.
BUT THERE WERE SOME EYE WITNESSES THAT HE DID NOT COMMITTED THE CRIME.
BUT HE DID NOT ARREST YET AFTER THE ACCIDENT.
WHILE THE CASE STILL ON THE COURT, HE WAS A FREE MAN DOING USUAL TASK EVERYDAY.

BUT HE RECIEVED A WARRANT OF ARREST.
HE IS NOT YET ARRESTED WITH THE HELP OF HIS LAWYER.
BUT RECENTLY I GOT A MESSAGE FROM HIS FIANCEE THAT HE MUST HAVE PAY 40 THOUSAND PESOS FOR HIS TEMPORARY RELEASE.
IT IS TRUE WHEN HE SURRENDED HIMSELF OR HE WENT TO THE POLICE STATION CAN HE ARRANGE HIS BILL?, WHILE HE IS NOT YET ARRESTED?.

THATS WHY I AM SO CONFUSED, DO WE HAVE TO BELIEVE HIS LAWYER?
DO WE HAVE TO BILL HIM OUT ?
HE IS NOT YET ARRESTED?
NOT HIM EVEN IN JAIL?
HOPING YOU CAN GIVE ME AN ADVICE.

RESPECTFULLY YOURS,

MYRNA

It's BAIL not bill.

You do not have to wait for him to be arrested and spend a night or two in jail before paying BAIL.

Actually if they served a warrant upon him he should have been immediately brought to the nearest provincial jail where he should have stayed until someone paid his bail. Seems to me like your ex brother-in-law is being done a favor and yet you are being very ungrateful.
