Hi i got pregnant by my ex, and unfortunately wla na kami communication for 6months(due date ko this month) we are not married, pero di siya nagbibigay ng support and i dont know how to communicate with him. He blocked me on fb my only communication before kasi always nya hina hung up ang cp pag tumatwag ako.

may right ba ko mag demand ng support kahit di kasal? consider ba na nagtatago sya ksi di sya nakikipag communicate sakin? i try to contact his parents sa fb pero hndi dn nila ko nirereplyan. ano pong pwede kong gawin kasi gagastos po sa panganganak ko this month.

if ngayon palang na di ka pa nanganganak ay nagtatago na sya, ang magiging problema mo ay kung pano mo mapapatunayan na sya ang ama ng bata kung di naman nya pipirmahan ang BC. unless kilalanin nya na anak nya ang bata, hindi ka pwede mag demand since ang una mong kakailanganin gawin is patunayan na sya ang ama. once magawa mo to, dun ka na pwede mag demand ng support.

I have a child with my ex and is going to start schooling this coming schoolyear. I'm only earning 16k monthly. On the other hand, I also have another child with my present partner and another baby on the way. How many percent of my income shall I give as child support for my first child, given the fact that i have another two to support?

By the way, my ex is crazy as hell. She always makes a scndal everytime i'm not able to respond immediately to her txt messages (verbal abusive messages and facebook humiliation, thats why i'm not interested talking to her anymore). Because of that, I'm not able to see my child for a year now. Many times, we settled everything with local officials. And now came to worst that i got mediation letter from public attorney's office.

Hi tin! If di na siya nagpaparamdam now, then nanganak ka na tapos d nya inacknoledge. Pwede ka ask ng help sa Legal office, as long as yung conversation nyo sa facebook may nka state aout sa pag bubuntis mo. Pwede yun proof na aware ang tatay sa pagbubuntis mo.
