Good day!
Asking for 👉your advice. A collection agent recently called me regarding an old credit card Standard Chartered. that I already settled. The agent said that if I pay 23k my records will be closed. But  In my recent NFIS it states that, that credit card was CLOSED AND FULLY SETTLED. What will I do.
I failed to request a clearance from that credit card company, and it was transferred to East west.
