Arresto Menor

My friends and I are in the process of starting a corporaton (microfinancing.) The papers are still being processed, but they've already started lending people money. It's been 3 months and it looks like our funds are not being handled properly. My question is can I take my money out of the "corporation" that's not yet legally established? Thanks
