Resign or Awol or end contract

Hi,
Last feb 6 nagpasa ko ng resignation letter ko immediate resignation since my contract was ended na (jan 17 yung end of contract ko and i worked until feb 10) and i refuse to sign another contract. But pinarender nila ko ng 30 days. And an emergency happen nagkasAkit ako then hindi na ko nkapasok until now at ang sabi ko hindi na ko makakapSok dahil sa health problem but they hold my salary(yung salary na yun ay nung last cut off pa namin nung feb 6 na naswesweldo every 20th of the month so hindi consider as my last pay?) tanong ko lng po na kailangan ko po ba talaga na magrender pa ng 30 days since tapos na yun 3 months contract ko? And tama po ba na ihold nila yung sahod ko ? Salamat po

yes kasi pumasok ka pa after jan 17. If you didnt wish to renew your contract you should've stopped reporting after jan 17, by reporting for work after you basically "renewed" your contract. yes tama na ni hold nila kasi nagsabi ka na hindi ka na papasok

Pero po medyo late nung sinabi kung sino sino ang magsisign for another contract feb 6 po nila sinabi kung sino sino yun but before that nagsabi na ko sa tl ko na nd na ko magrerenew pa if ever na isa ako sa maaring magrenew. Kung ganun po ano po yung magiging process para makuha ko yun salary ko kasi i try na icontact yun tl about that but hindi siya nag rereply. Marami pong salamat sa pag sagot
