I submitted my immmediate resignation due to health reasons last Feb 14. I have submitted a Medical Certification from my doctor with a recommendation of unfit to work with diagnosis of uncontrolled hypertention r/o Nephropathy and Cardiac Arrhymthmia. My manager insisted that I render 30 days work before he would sign my resignation.
