Nakausap ko yung management at hr nmn harap harap sa reason ng pagresign ko na may threat na ginwa s buhay ko yung visor ko. Pero walang aksyon ginawa kahit pinatawag man lang kami kailangan magbigay file ng case. Though pinakita ko naman yung mga evidence at blotter ko sa kanila, in first instance dapat may ginawa silang aksyon dba? Kahit hindi ako nagfafile kasi pano kaya kung natuluyan akong nasagasaan nun wala silang gagawin or sasagutin man lang panghospital ko kasi hindi ako nagfafile ng case? Galing pa naman ako ng opisina nun at malapit lang dn sa kumpanya namin

Na dapat may ginawa silang aksyon? Kasi in first instance kahit informal hindi pa ako nagfile ng case dapat pinatawag kami at na mediatemagad kasi may threat ng ginawa sa labas magkasama pa naman kami s iisang room.

not their job. if you are still their employee you have to file a complaint sa he. now that you have resigned you have to file a formal complaint either sa police or sa barangay before they have to take action. kasi they need a solid basis. if complainant is not willing to file a formal complaint they have the discretion whether to proceed with complaint or not. if you are really in fear why not file a complaint? limited lang kasi ang magagawa nung company for you

May blotter at witness po ako sa threat na ginawa sinabi at pinakita ko po yun. Nag file na po ako ng complain sa kumpanya. Dalawa po actually yung taong nirereklamo ko ung visor ko lang bnigyan ng NTE pero yung isa hindi. Hindi po ba may foul na sila dun?

Actually hindi lang nman po yun ang nangyari. May pang bubully at harrassment din nangyari sa luob ng kumpanya may ebidensya at mga testigo rin ako sinabi at pinakita ko s managment at hr. Pero wala silang ginawa kahit patawagan man kami kasi gravity na ung offense plus may threat pa. Dapat tlga magfile pa ng case muna?

Dec 19 po ako nag file ng resignation tapos jan 13 ako nag file ng case. Kaya rin kasi aKo hindi nagfafile ng case kasi sbi skn ng president pede dw ako mareassign or try ko uli kausapin un visor ko magkaayos kaso biglang wala n dw slot s reassign tapos biglang kinonfirm n lang skn ng consultant nmn na approved n dw resignation ko. Eh hindi ko pa nga nkakausap uli visor ko. Parang gusto na nila tlga ako paalisin

unfortunately your resignation renders your conplaint to moot. dapat nag file ka muna ng complaint and nung walang action saka ka nagresign. tapos up to now hindi ka nagfile ng complaint sa authorities. the company may interpret these series of events as just ordinary employee disagreements

Hindi naman ako yung nagtuloy ng resignation ung president nmn. Ang sabi nya kasi reassign or kausapin ko uli ung dalawa kasi ung resignation ko nmn dw anytime andyan lang sa hr pwede nya bawiin. Pero nagulat n lang ako s consultant nmn n snbi saakin approved na daw.

that doesnt matter. kusang loob ka parin nag resign. thus the company feels no obligation towards you.
how the company disciplines their personnel is none of your concern. ang pwede mo lang paki alamanan is if they did it again, you may claim an unsafe workplace.
unfortunately walang tangible damage towards you ginawa yung mga tao. you may claim psychological trauma but hindi masyadong pinapansin dito satin yan. furthermore ang sasabihin nga after ka nag resign saka ka nag file ng complaint sa HR.

next time exhaust all means muna bago ka mag file ng resignation. dont worry if nasagasaan ka im sure the company would shoulder the damages committed by their employee during office hours
