please enlighten me.
someone advised me that the suspect should've been detained but the police did not when i was hit by a car while riding my ebike. this person who advised me said to make another blotter indicating RIRDP with physical injuries.
blotter says Reckless Imprudence resulting to Damage to property this is dated Aug 21 2016. this was given to me by the traffic investigator. but i incurred physical injuries i was even attended by the ambulance and is advised to do rehab for 9 sessions or 3-6 months (back pain because of accident). can i make another blotter to correct this and can the suspect be detained this time after it has been 4 months already. they are unreachable via text and call and they have promised for a settlement but nothing happened.
