measures on the part of Kumukulo resort lifesavers to save him.Is the resort liable? Explain.

It depends upon the proximate cause of the accident and on the part of the resort owner what only requires is a ordinary diligence which they can do or implement safety measures in their resort. And if all of those where implemented like warning signs etc they will not be liable for the drowning.
